We’re delighted to share that Danny Duke has been elected to the Board of Managers at the Visual Effects Society for 2026.

The VES is a global organisation dedicated to advancing the art, science and craft of visual effects across film, television and emerging media, recognising excellence across the industry each year.

Danny’s appointment is a reflection of both his creative leadership and his ongoing commitment to pushing the industry forward. His involvement at this level speaks not only to his expertise, but to the respect he’s earned across the wider VFX community.

We’re excited to see the perspective and energy he’ll bring to the VES in the year ahead - and proud to have him representing Absolute.
